A slight problem calling the Ju 87 one of the most versatile and lethal aircraft of the Luftwaffe is that it was a dive bomber, to be versatile it would have to be capable of doing other jobs, to be lethal it would have to do far more than it did, by 1940 it was shown to be useless unless the Luftwaffe had complete air superiority. The Spitfire was far more versatile and lethal, even better as a dive bomber especially for well defended targets
